How to Delete Your WeShop AI Account

Prepare Before Deleting Your Account

Make sure you are signed in to the account you intend to delete. Download any images, videos, or other results you want to keep before proceeding.

If you want to stop future subscription renewals, complete the cancellation workflow for the platform where you purchased your plan before proceeding:

Step 1: Open Your Profile Menu

On the WeShop AI website, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner, beside My Workspace. Check that you are using the intended account.

Step 2: Select Delete Account

Choose Delete Account from the account menu. In the interface shown below, it appears beneath Update Email and above Sign Out.

Step 3: Review and Follow the On-Screen Instructions

Read the deletion notice and any requirements shown by the website. Complete the confirmation steps displayed only if you want to proceed. Check the result or status message shown after submitting the action.
