• What subscription plans are available?

  We currently offer three subscription plans: Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise.

  • Pro: For individual users with everyday creation needs
  • Ultra: For users who need more power and higher usage limits
  • Enterprise: For teams and users who need broader API access
• How can I purchase pay as you go points?

  Only Ultra and Enterprise users can purchase compute packs. Free and Pro users cannot purchase them at this time. Pay-As-You-Go points can be purchased without limit and remain valid throughout the subscription period.

• What happens if i need more points?

  If you run out of points early, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new points will be added immediately upon upgrade.

• How are points allocated and do they expire?

  Points do not roll over and must be used within your subscription period.

  • Monthly plans: Points are issued each month and expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Yearly plans: Points are granted once per year with no monthly rollover.
• What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

  Annual plans are offered at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

  • Monthly subscribers: Billed every month. Points are issued monthly, unused points expire at the end of the month.
  • Annual subscribers: Billed once per year. Yearly plans include a one-time point allocation, with no monthly rollover.
• When does an upgrade or downgrade take effect?
  • Upgrades take effect immediately.

  Users must pay the full price of the new plan, and the billing cycle will reset. New points are added right away and follow the benefits of the upgraded plan.

  • Downgrades do not take effect immediately.

  They take effect after the current subscription cycle ends. Until then, users can continue using the benefits of their current plan.

• What happens to my old subscription plan?

  You must cancel your current subscription before purchasing a new plan.

• What happens to my existing points if I upgrade my plan?

  Your remaining points will follow the benefits of your upgraded plan, but they will still expire on their original date.

  New points will be added immediately after a successful purchase, and their validity period will start from the purchase date.

• Can I have more than one subscription plan at the same time?

  No. You can only have one active subscription plan at a time.

• What can the 40 welcome points be used for?

  The 40 free sign-up points can be used across all available models.

• What happens if I cancel my subscription?

  If you cancel your subscription, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, it will not renew, and any remaining points will expire.

• What does "concurrent jobs" mean?
  • Concurrent jobs: The number of tasks you can run at the same time.

  For example, if your plan includes 16 concurrent jobs, you can run up to 16 tasks at once.

• What does "frequency limit" mean?

  Task submission and generation speed may be restricted based on system limits, regardless of your remaining points or model access.

• What is the difference between Ultra and Enterprise API access?

  Ultra Plan: Includes access to Standard OpenAPI skills, excluding premium features such as Virtual Try-On, AI Model, AI Product, Change Pose, Expand Image, Remove Background, and Model & Background Swap.

  Enterprise Plan: Includes full API access, covering both Standard and Premium OpenAPI skills.
