Clothing imagery and safety filters
WeShop AI supports professional, commercial, and personal-use imagery involving swimwear, bikinis, and lingerie. Safety filters still apply, and support for a clothing category does not mean every prompt or output in that category will be accepted.
Why a task may be restricted
Overly explicit prompts or results may be restricted or fail. Check the message shown for your task. If no safety-related message appears, use the troubleshooting guide rather than assuming the failure was caused by content moderation.
The Terms of Use also cover restrictions on unlawful, obscene, violent, or harassing contributions and on content that infringes privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights. Review the full terms for the applicable requirements.
Prepare a clothing showcase request
- Use product and model images that you have permission to upload.
- Describe the garment, pose, framing, and scene directly. Keep the request focused on the intended clothing display.
- Check the source image and requested result for content that may conflict with platform rules.
For example: “Show the swimwear design and fabric in a standing pose, with the full garment visible against a studio background.” This is a task-description example, not a guarantee that any particular image will pass review.
What to do if a task is restricted
- Keep the restriction message and task ID or link.
- Review the source image and prompt. Remove content that does not meet the rules, or stop the task if its purpose is not supported.
- If you believe a normal product showcase was restricted incorrectly, email hi@weshop.ai with the task details, intended use, and a screenshot of the message.
Do not disguise words, split instructions, or repeatedly resubmit a request to bypass a restriction.
Point charges for restricted tasks
Automatic point returns for system or server errors do not establish how every moderation scenario is charged. If a restricted task used points, keep the record and contact support for clarification.
