Access to generated images

The WeShop AI FAQ states that generated images are accessible through your own account and are not shared with third parties. This statement concerns generated works. For the broader handling of account and personal information, read the Privacy Policy.

Account and personal information

The Privacy Policy describes the processing of registration, contact, device, and usage information for purposes such as providing services and responding to support requests. It also explains service-provider processing and specific circumstances in which information may be shared.

If your project depends on a particular confidentiality requirement, ask support how it applies to your uploaded files, generated outputs, and selected model before uploading.

Prepare your files before uploading

Check that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the people, products, and other content in your source files. For client work or unreleased product images, confirm the project requirements and remove personal or confidential information that is not needed for generation.

When sharing a finished image with a client or colleague, review the file first and use a sharing channel with suitable access settings. The settings of that channel determine who can access the shared copy.

Ask about retention or deletion

To ask about storage duration, deletion scope, or account closure, email hi@weshop.ai. Include your account email, identify the relevant files or tasks, and explain what you want to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete.

The Privacy Policy describes requests concerning personal information and account termination, subject to applicable requirements. It also notes that some information may be retained for necessary purposes. Removing an item from a page should therefore not be treated as confirmation that all associated copies have been permanently erased.

Read the applicable policies

Use the Privacy Policy for personal-information handling and the Terms of Use for uploaded-content permissions. If your question concerns a specific confidential project, describe that project to support and request clarification for your intended use.
